Despatch dates
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days, there may be slight dispatch delays at Christmas. Orders should arrive within 2 days of dispatch, but occasionally there might be a delay of up to 10 days. This is very rare. Orders for greetings cards, stickers and postcards will be sent by letter using 1st class delivery.
International shipping
At the moment only UK postage is available through the website. International shipping is sometimes available through our Etsy store, but is sometimes switched off.
Returns
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us straight away.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 45 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or unexpected items
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
