What are your delivery times?

Orders are sent by Royal mail tracked 48 hour post, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days, there may be delays at Christmas. Orders should arrive in around 2 working days of dispatch, but occasionally there might be a delay of up to 10 days.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment only UK postage is available through the website. International shipping is usually available through our Etsy store, but is currently switched off until further notice. Unfortunately we are no longer able to post to Northern Ireland. We are looking into the new laws and hope to be able to change this in the future. 

 

Who designs the images?

The designs are all by Kate Elford, and copyright is not transferable with sales

 

Can items be personalised?

Sorry there is no personalisation service available on any items in the shop

 

What packaging do you use?

We are happy to report that no plastic packaging has been purchased for several years now. Paper, card, paper tape and shredded label backing is used to send orders. Some products are wrapped in compostable card bags, but this is being minimised as much as possible. Items are sent in the smallest packaging possible as well.

 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Currently we don't. The difficulty is we try and keep prices as low as possible, which makes it tricky to discount things any further. If you are ordering more than a minimum of 50 of one item (excluding button badges), then please contact us.
